Ugly fat stupid woke cunt.
At this rate, I might contractually be obligated to start working for the
soothsayers over at The Babylon Bee.

Victoria's Secret is swapping its "Angels" for lesbian soccer player Megan
Rapinoe, a transgender model, and more

How it's going:

management-roles-in-reorganization/ar-AAZvstq

You love to see it.

Victoria's Secret & Co said on Tuesday it had cut about 160 management
roles, or 5% of its home office staff, and hired a former Amazon executive
as part of a reorganization following its separation from L Brands Inc
last year.

The company also named executives to three key leadership roles reporting
to Chief Executive Officer Martin Waters.

Amy Hauk, who has been heading the company's PINK brand since 2018, will
take on the additional role of chief executive of the Victoria's Secret
division, the company said.

The lingerie brand's Beauty business will be integrated into Hauk's
organization, the company said in an emailed statement.

Look, I really don't care if a lingerie company that uses sex and nudity
to sell its wares goes completely out of business. It'd be nice to go to
the mall and not have to look at the floor to avoid the 20-foot mostly-
nude supermodel photos plastered everywhere by the entrance.

But it's just so dang fun to watch woke companies shoot themselves in the
foot.

More from Chris Rufo on the company's woke direction:

[T]he financial numbers for Victoria's Secret suggest that
intersectionality might not provide a successful foundation for underwear
sales. The company's stock has declined 32 percent since its peak
immediately after the reorganization last year. The company recently
forecasted declining sales numbers and, in a survey conducted by Bank of
America, 23 percent of women said that they liked Victoria's Secret less
than they did pre-Covid, compared with 13 percent who said they liked it
more. Executives have even tried to blame poor financial performance on
the war in Ukraine, which doesn't suggest confidence.

By itself, Victoria's Secret is insignificant. It hardly matters whether
the undergarment manufacturer fails or succeeds. But as a symbol, the
company provides insight into the political culture of America's
multinational corporations, which exert an enormous influence over public
life.

That last part is super important. Go reread it.

I'll leave you with my next prophetic insight into which company is next:

Ugly woke bitches.
In what appears to be another example of the get woke, go broke
phenomenon, Victoria Secret’s left-leaning CEO Amy Hauk has resigned after
less than a year in the role.

As the Blaze noted, Hauk is known for having pursued several
controversial policies. That includes hiring actor and producer Darren
Barnet as the company’s first-ever male model actor and producer Darren
Barnet.

CEO says standards of beauty are “each individual’s to choose”
Barnet, who rose to fame in the Netflix series Never Have I Ever, spoke
about his role in a statement released by Victoria’s Secret this past
August.

The actor said he understood “how it feels to not fit in, and how
important it is to feel supported and accepted for who you are.”

“I love the work that PINK is doing – especially their focus on community
and mental health – so I’m really honored to be a part of this team,”
Barnet added.

Hauk spoke up as well, declaring she was “so excited to announce this
partnership because Darren is such a positive role model for teens and
young adults.”

“As we focus on expanding our gender-free offerings and continue to evolve
as a brand, we want to ensure our partners not only represent the
diversity of our customers, but also embody individuality and self-
confidence,” she insisted.

In another unusual move, Victoria’s Secret also hired TikTok influencer
Remi Bader to serve as a plus sized model, a fact it touted in another
statement.

“PINK has made a lot of strides over the years to be more inclusive and
focus on mental health, and I’m really honored to work with the team to
help young adults embrace their bodies and be an honest voice for the
amazing community I’ve built,” Bader said.

What’s more, the company abandoned its traditional “Angels” models even as
it hired men and larger statured women, with Huak insisting that standards
of beauty are “each individual’s to choose.”

Yet as the Blaze noted, customers appear to be less than enthusiastic
about Huak’s decisions, with CNN reporting that Victoria’s Secret is
projected to see a drop in sales of 7% this year.

Woke Disney films bomb
Victoria’s Secret is not alone in failing to see benefits from adopting a
woke stance as Fox News reported this week that Disney has had a similar
experience.

Examples included “Strange World” as well as the Toy Story franchise’s
“Lightyear,” with both animated features bombing at the box office.

The plot of “Strange World” focused on climate change and featured a gay
teen love story while “Lightyear” made headlines for a lesbian kiss.

Dumb woke fat ugly Democrat cunt.
The news comes after a disastrous few years of woke reforms such as hiring
transgender models and the cancelation of the "Angels" fashion shows,
described by former Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm as
"performative allyship."

Victoria's Secret brand CEO Amy Hauk has abruptly resigned from her
position less than a year into the job, the company announced on Tuesday.

Hauk, who helmed the company's Pink apparel brand, gave notice of her
resignation last week, CNN Business reports.

The news comes after a disastrous few years of woke reforms such as hiring
transgender models and the cancelation of the "Angels" fashion shows,
described by former Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm as
"performative allyship."

Shares of Victoria's Secret dropped by 8 percent following the news of
Hauk's resignation.

The Post Millennial reported in 2021 that the company was taking its brand
in a new direction, under pressure from woke activists who accused the
company of "not being inclusive of all different body types."

"When the world was changing, we were too slow to respond," company CEO
Martin Waters said at the time. "We needed to stop being about what men
want and to be about what women want."

"I've known that we needed to change this brand for a long time, we just
haven't had the control of the company to be able to do it," he added. "In
the old days, the Victoria brand had a single lens, which was called
'sexy.'"

Victoria's Secret overhauled its advertising and began to hire a wider
range of models. One of those models, US women's soccer star Megan
Rapinoe, said that there isn't a one-size-fits-all to sexiness.

"As a gay woman, I think a lot about what we think is sexy, and we are
afforded the ability to do that, because I don’t have to wear the
traditional sexy thing to be sexy and I don't think the traditional thing
is sexy when it comes to my partner or people I've dated," Rapinoe said.
"I think functionality is probably the sexiest thing we could possibly
achieve in life. Sometimes just cool is sexy too."

The company has suffered from uneven sales since the start of the
pandemic, dropping dramatically in 2020, then improving a little in 2021.
They are predicted to fall again by up to seven percent this year.

Ugly fat woke cunt.
Victoria’s Secret brand CEO Amy Hauk has left her position after less than
a year on the job as the company struggles in the wake of its disastrous
woke reforms.

On Tuesday, the company announced that Hauk would be stepping down from
her position as CEO of its Pink apparel brand for teens and the overall
company brand.

According to CNN Business, Martin Waters, CEO of parent company Victoria’s
Secret & Co., will take her place.

“Shares of Victoria’s Secret dropped 8% on the news during after-hours
trading Tuesday,” noted the outlet.

“Sales tumbled in 2020 during the peak of Covid-19 but bounced back in
2021,” it added.

“They are projected to fall by up to 7% this year.”

Last summer, the company stoked controversy when it scrapped the iconic
Victoria’s Secret Angels.

Instead, the company went “woke” and replaced models with the likes of
leftist soccer star Megan Rapinoe.

It even hired the company’s first biologically male transgender model.

However, rather unsurprisingly, the wokeness has not paid off.

Victoria’s Secret fired 160 management-level employees over the summer at
its Ohio headquarters in an effort to save the business $40 million.

Notably, sales at the lingerie company dropped by 4.5% to $1.5 billion
earlier in 2022, the New York Post reported.

The report adds that comparable sales from the same period in 2021 had
declined by 8%.

“When we first announced our repositioning, we got a significant amount of
mail from people who said, ‘This is terrible, you’re scorching the earth,
you’re spoiling your brand. We love the way it was before. Why are you
changing it?’” Victoria’s Secret CEO Martin Waters said, denying the
changes hurt the company.

In 2019, the company hired its first transgender model, Valentina Sampaio,
a biological male who “identifies as female.”

The move came as longtime VS chief marketing officer Ed Razek, who
criticized the idea of hiring transgender models for the company’s fashion
show, resigned.

“It’s like, why doesn’t your show do this?” Razek told Vogue in 2018 when
asked about so-called inclusivity.

“Shouldn’t you have transsexuals in the show?”

“No. No, I don’t think we should. Well, why not?

“Because the show is a fantasy.

“It’s a 42-minute entertainment special. That’s what it is.”

And by 2021, the iconic VS Angels were dropped and replaced with a new
promotional campaign called the “VS Collective.”

“Fashion is a business of change,” CEO Leslie Wexner said in 2019,
announcing the end of the Angels fashion show broadcast.

“We must evolve and change to grow.

“With that in mind, we have decided to rethink the traditional Victoria’s
Secret Fashion Show.”

Rapinoe was tapped as one of the women to be in the new campaign.

The choice was apparently based on her far-left activism and “woke”
achievements rather than her body or looks.

The soccer star notably slammed the company she teamed up with for its
“patriarchal” and “sexist” past.

The marketing was “patriarchal, sexist, viewing not just what it meant to
be sexy but what the clothes were trying to accomplish through a male lens
and through what men desired,” she complained to The New York Times.

“And it was very much marketed toward younger women.”

Rapinoe added that the VS Angels were “really harmful.”

Ha ha! Stupid ugly woke cunt.
When will these companies learn?

Victoria’s Secret brand CEO Amy Hauk resigned after less than a year on
the job – their stock dropped 8% after the news.

CNN reported:

Victoria’s Secret brand CEO Amy Hauk has resigned less than a year into
the job, the company said Tuesday.

Hauk, who was also CEO of the company’s Pink apparel brand geared to
teens, notified the company of her resignation last week, the company
said. She will leave Victoria’s Secret in March.

Martin Waters, the CEO of the brand’s parent company, Victoria’s Secret &
Co., will take over as CEO of the brand.

Shares of Victoria’s Secret dropped 8% on the news during after-hours
trading Tuesday.

The company came under fire after it was exposed its founder had ties to
Jeffrey Epstein.

The company also went woke hiring a plus-size model and its first male
model earlier in 2022.

The Blaze reported:

The company has suffered a public relations black eye since its founder,
Leslie Wexner, was found to have ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Many of the company’s recent brand decisions were far cries from the
traditional image Victoria’s Secret previously held with consumers,
perhaps most notably ending its Victoria’s Secret “Angels” brand, opting
for a more inclusive advertising approach.

In February 2022, the company hired its first plus-size model, a TikTok
influencer, as it expanded the sizes of its garments. Hauk called the move
empowering and remarked that she thought the model pushed boundaries.

…

In April 2022, Hauk hired the first the male model in Victoria’s Secret
history, a move that was intended to promote mental health and empower
young adults.

Go woke, go broke!

Stupid woke cunt.
Corporate adherence to the woke agenda appeared to scalp another scapegoat
when the Brand CEO of Victoria’s Secret announced her resignation, only
worsening the near-term outlooks.

After only a little more than half a year in the role, the resignation of
Amy Hauk was officially announced by the lingerie retailer on Tuesday
through their most recent Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.
According to the disclosure, Hauk had announced the decision on December
27, 2022, with an effective date of March 31, 2023.

“Amy Hauk will be stepping down as CEO of Victoria’s Secret and PINK in
order to spend more time with her family in Florida,” a spokesperson for
the company said in a statement. An email to CBS MoneyWatch continued,
“Amy has graciously agreed to a managed transition between now and the end
of March. There are no plans to replace her.”

Instead, the filing detailed that CEO Martin Waters will continue his
normal duties and “also assume the responsibilities of Brand CEO.”

Hauk had stepped into the role in July amid already turbulent times for
Victoria’s Secret which had become independent from parent company L
Brands a year earlier. The Brand CEO’s appointment occurred as 160
employees at corporate headquarters in Ohio were laid off, all management-
level, as they distanced themselves from their well-established identity
to embrace a broader market that included gender-neutral options.

The damage suffered by the woke marketing was measurable as with the
announcement of Hauk’s supposed voluntary resignation came a reported drop
in shares by 5.65 percent. This downward trend continued even as the SEC
filing announced that Victoria’s Secret had successfully completed their
acquisition of AdoreMe, Inc. for roughly $400 million as the company
sought to reacquire some of the customer base that had been lost to niche
and online retailers.

However, abandoning “Angels” and their annual fashion show weren’t the
only doomsayers for the company that had once boasted a third of all
market share in women’s lingerie. Victoria’s Secret has also been
struggling with its reputation after it had been revealed that the former
owner, Leslie Wexner, had been a former client and associate of the
infamous Jeffrey Epstein.

In December, court documents of Sarah Ransome, an alleged victim of
Epstein’s reported pedophile island, were unsealed where, in addition to
the abhorrent way she and other young women and girls were said to be
treated, she stated “All of the outfits–there were clothes provided on the
island by Jeffrey Epstein, which were all Victoria’s Secret clothing:
bikinis, nightgowns.”

Predictions for the company’s performance this year were mixed as CNN
reported a sales projection loss of up to seven percent for fiscal year
2023 while JP Morgan analyst Matthew assigned a “Neutral” rating expecting
to stock to recoup to $43 per share after its dip with Hauk’s
announcement. In either case, the retailer with nearly 1,350 worldwide
locations has fallen quite a ways from its previous prominence.
