Lancome discontinued Vinefit ack!

So today I went to the mall to buy more of my favorite moisturizer
Lancome Vinefit (the green one with grape seed extract) To my horror
the sales lady informed me that it is being discontinued and she was
totally out!!!! She showed me this other new cream of theirs the blue
one... sorry I don't remember the name... but I don't care for it.
What to do? There are so many malls here in Dallas and I *know*
there's got to be a store that still carrries it. But, that is only a
short term solution. Is there a comparable moisturizer out there? I
have combination screen, and need at least SPF 15.

Check on Nordstrom.com. they may still have it and ship from different
stores around the country.

You might want to investigate Caudalie moisturizers. The whole
Caudalie line is based on grape seed extract. You can see the products
on Sephora but they may be less expensive to buy from
www.beautycenter.fr. I've ordered from this comapny (though not very
recently) and been pleased with their prices and speed of shipping from
Europe to US, but given the value of the Euro, I'm not sure whether
there would still be an price advantage .

lancomeusa.com usually has a "last chance" section for d/c items.

Thank you for all of your posts.

The Nordstrom site says the item is currently unavailable, and
lancomeusa.. well I can't find the last chance section. So off to
Sephora I'll go, either this weekend or during lunch break next week to
try out Julianne's suggestion.

do you think this also applies to the Vinefit lip lacquer? I'm
addicted to it-wear it constantly on "no makeup days," as it gives an
incredible sheen to lips and stays on well.
